Father and Son Beach Mini Session | Atlantic Beach, FL Family Photography

Big shout-out to this incredibly thoughtful dad who took the time to schedule a photo shoot with his son! My client, who is serving in the Navy, and stationed on the west coast - contacted me about a month before his trip back to Jacksonville. He was coming to town to visit his son, and his first priority was to schedule a father-son photo shoot. When we discussed his photography wish list, his only request was that I capture the love he has for his son – yes, my heart was melting as he told me this!

We met at Hanna Park in Atlantic Beach for a 30-minute family photography mini-session. The beach is a great option for a busy 3-year old, whose main objective is to run around, shovel sand and get dirty! A mini-session is also the perfect amount of time for a casual family photography session, such as this one. In between spurts of running around, jumping, and being thrown into the air, we captured some truly beautiful moments, with lots of hugs, kisses and laughter!
